About the job
My son is in 6th grade and is needing support on math, writing, reading and general organization - as well as tools to help stay focused. Would be working from his curriculum at school but would love to find someone who is able to bring in relevant supplemental material to help build skills. Wanting someone familiar with standard 6th grade curriculum as well as the ability to assess and track progress and provide tools to build confidence. Established teaching skills preferred, experience with IEPs a plus. Can be flexible on days/times for the right person but prefer Monday and Wednesday from 4-5 for the next few weeks and then we can do any 2 days Monday thru Thursday.
