We are looking for a caring, patient, and proactive individual to assist a 16-year-old female with autism who is non-verbal but highly intelligent. She communicates through a spelling board and keyboard and needs a supportive partner to help facilitate her communication, learning, and daily activities. Ideal Candidate: Kind, patient, and proactive; someone who genuinely cares. Comfortable working with non-verbal individuals. Prior experience with autism or related fields is a plus but not required. Willing to learn and adapt to her unique way of communication.
