Looking For A Math Tutor In Scottsdale.

I have a son in 4th grade who needs extra help in math to comprehend what he is learning. he has been behind in this subject for years and just homework help is not going to be beneficial. I am looking for someone who can teach and fill in the gaps. He really needs to be shown how to work through problems/ equations so he can fully understand and get caught up. I think going over notes from class as well as having 1 on 1 time will be super helpful for him. In class he is afraid of raising his hand and saying he doesn't understand the subject so he will just not try unfortunately. We need someone who can take the time to be patient and help him learn math in an engaging way.
