Looking for assistance for a 10-year-old special needs child who requires assistance with transfers to and from bed to wheelchair, floor to chair, and chair to furniture. The child also needs assistance dressing, bathing, incontinence care, and toilet training. Nutrition is given through a G-tube. The ideal candidate would be someone willing to engage with the child, eager to establish a close working relationship and provide longevity and continuity of care. CPR certified and having a knowledge base on seizure disorders is preferred, but someone willing to learn would be considered. Looking for afterschool and early evening hours. Assist mother with the care of the child and light housework. Must be a non-smoker, comfortable with a friendly dog and two cats in the home.
