Special Needs Attendant

About the job

Danny is a 31-year-old young man with Down Syndrome. He is very social and out-going. While he can understand almost anything you say to him, he has trouble communicating his responses or desires. He participates in several sports (softball, soccer, and basketball). He also bowls and taught himself to swim, so well that he can dive to a depth of 14 feet. We seek an attendant who can also be his friend, and who can take him to our gym regularly for exercise & fun. The facility is less than 10 minutes from our home.
