He requires assistance with daily activities (e. g., toileting, bathing, feeding) and is a nonverbal communicator. The role involves learning our home strategies to support his physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. You should be flexible, a good problem solver, and able to engage with him effectively. Dependability is crucial, and I can adjust times to fit a college schedule. Ideal candidates are pursuing careers in pediatric nursing, special education, or similar fields. CPR/First Aid certification is required, and you should be able to lift and support his body (about 80 pounds). Non-smokers with reliable transportation are preferred.
