Caregiver/Tutor For Teen With Special Needs

My grandson is non-verbal, autistic and has epilepsy. My son is his full time caregiver in my house. My grandson is incontinent and developmentally delayed, but he is extremely intelligent and loving. He is homeschooled and I am looking for someone who would work with him on life skills, learning games and simply engage with him in learning activities. I am also looking for someone who could take care of him if my son has an appointment or needs to go somewhere. We have had no one to step in for him. I am looking for something for an hour once a week to begin with, however the time and day of the week are flexible. Hoping this could increase in frequency as you get to know each other.
