Dylan is a very sweet 18-year-old. He likes to be outside on his swing, and play on his iPad at home. He enjoys going for rides. He needs assistance with bathing and getting ready for meals and bed. He requires constant supervision due to his food allergies, potential seizure, and other safety concerns (eloping). He does not try to leave but can wander if not watched carefully. He also loves food and needs to be monitored so he doesn't get into food we don't want him to have. We have never felt comfortable leaving Dylan with someone other than a family member for long. It is likely we will be in the house when the person is here. We appreciate keeping things neat. Dylan can express his basic wants and needs verbally but is not conversational. He does script and stim quite a bit. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient and willing to help. No, you must have a car. We have a 9-month-old puppy, a mini Bernedoodle named Penny.
