Provide direct care and supervision in a safe and compassionate manner. Support behavior strategies as directed by family and therapists. Engage in stimulating and educational activities tailored to his interests and abilities. Support social interaction and community involvement. Provide transportation to school, appointments, therapy sessions, and recreational activities. Monitor and report any changes in behavior, mood, or health. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to maintain a consistent care routine. Prepare meals and snacks. Perform and supervise him in performing light housekeeping tasks related to his care. Shop for groceries and essential items. Administer medication as needed and track medical appointments. Complete up to 40 hours of paid Applied Behavioral Analysis training, as requested.
