WORK WITH 24 YR OLD, NON-SPEAKING AUTISTIC MALE- In Home/Out in the Community 6-12+ HOURS/WEEK NOTE: 1) INTEREST IN JOB MORE IMPORTANT THAN SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE! 2) Hours vary according to AVAILIBILITY!! Overview Various Job Duties *FULL TRAINING using Communication Letter Board (how client speaks) with Client to become a practicing. Communication/Regulation Partner (CRP), learn to transcribe spelled out work *Working with Client as CRP for online High School classes (self-paced/some weekly meetings) *Communication/Regulation Partner (CRP) in home/out in community, at potential job, etc. *Prompt and Assist in Daily Living Skills - Aiding Client in completing Household activities, chores (with/without family)/ Assure safety of client Going into the community Field Trips/Life Skills adventures, etc. (with/without family) with others
