Supervision and Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the child during activities. Personal Care Assistance: Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as feeding, dressing, and hygiene. Therapeutic Support: Assisting with therapies as directed by professionals (e. g., speech therapy, occupational therapy). Activity Planning: Developing and implementing engaging activities that support the child's development and interests. Experience with Special Needs: Previous experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly preferred. Behavior Management Skills: Understanding and experience in behavior management techniques. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively Empathy and Patience: High levels of patience and empathy to understand and support the child's needs. CPR and First Aid certification.
