Needed Special Needs Caregiver In Saratoga Springs

Looking for a per diem caregiver to assist with my 19-year-old son for respite care needs and to fill in gaps with nursing coverage, may include extended times while traveling. He is 19 years old with a diagnosis of spinal cord injury, hydrocephalus, and seizures. He is non-verbal and non ambulatory. Care includes the following: cath care, bipap and oxygen overnight, overnight tube feeds, GT medications, seizure monitoring, repositioning, etc. Hours will vary but will most likely include some night shifts and definitely weekend coverage. Ideally looking for someone with experience with children/young adults with complex care needs, but willing to train the right person. Please reach out if interested! Thank you!
