About the job
We are looking for someone to work with our special needs son. SEE PROFILE FOR COMPLETE DETAILS He is currently attending a class during the days, and also doing a few volunteer and work training activities. He is a very happy young man, while he is also cautious toward new people. It takes a bit for him to warm up to new people and develop a trusting relationship. He is completely non-verbal. He also likes to go out in the community. he positions we have open needs to be filled by someone. 1. age 30-45 2. direct experience with life skills, with young adults, and be able to manage few non severe behaviors. 3. Strong core muscles, hold your own balance due to his disability /Coordination & balance issues. This position is shifts 6-9 hrs each, with some days, evenings & weekends, 20-40 hours a week, depending on your needs.
