I will be out of town on a work trip for the dates specified. I have a babysitter for these days however all of my backup/emergency contacts will be with me. I am looking for someone to be on call/able to help my primary sitter in case an emergency comes up. This backup caregiver would ideally have experience dealing with toddlers with adhd as my 4-year-old has some higher needs. I would pay a set amount for each day you are on call whether you have to assist or not and then additionally I would pay your hourly rate if you are needed for assistance!
