Looking for someone with flexibility who enjoy working with special need people. My son is 16 and on the low side of the spectrum and needs constant supervision. He is nonverbal, with. Behavior issues that can be seen as aggression but it's more a form of communication for him. He is a lot like a dementia patient but didn't gain many ability's. Overall he is a very happy go with the flow type person, although with all special needs they like their routine as well.
