Looking for 1 helper for 21-year-old son with Autism, Cognitive Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Speech Delay in Arlington. Shifts are: Sat and Sun 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Ideally we prefer helpers who enjoy walks or golf cart rides within our neighborhood, running 'errands" around town (e. g. grocery shopping, etc.) and swimming in our home's pool. Must have reliable car & proof of insurance. Must have a positive, upbeat, compassionate attitude and the ability to be flexible. The job includes spending time with our son, and light duties to help him like cleaning, laundry, meal prep/cooking, med administration. You may need to help with personal hygiene occasionally as we are still working towards independence. Must have reliable attendance. Job pays $20. 86 per hour, bi-weekly, direct deposit. Background check required.
