Meal prep, light housekeeping. I go to bed around 9 PM, we use a Hoyer lift to get in bed, I wake up at 7:30 AM, I do my program every other day, if it's program day, I get up get my shower chair and do the bowel program, that includes digital stimulation, and a suppository. And then roll into the shower where I will have you soak me up, and then I usually stay in there for about a half hour. Then we get dressed. Usually finish the program at about 11 AM, then I will eat. In the evening, I would just need you to get in bed, and then sleep here in case I need anything throughout the night, but that's very rare. This would be one weekend a month, from noon on Friday to noon on Sunday.
