About the job
Looking for daily care for elderly mother with Alzheimer's/dementia in her home. She is pleasant & cooperative for the majority of the time. Must be able to lift/assist her transitioning from the laying/sitting position to the standing position. She is incontinent for the majority of the time. Will need to assist her with all her ADLs. Meal prep & assistance with eating is required. Light housekeeping (sweeping/mopping/dusting/laundry) are required. Elderly father also lives in the home with a temporary mobility issue. He occasionally needs help with reaching/carrying items. Looking for continuity of care with the same provider who is reliable, caring, patient, and takes care of our mother like she was your own. Must provide your own transportation. Will consider adjusting work days and hours if needed.
