Second-shift direct support worker needed 3-5 evenings a week for a 24-year-old with multiple disabilities who loves being out in the community. His ideal care worker should be energetic, patient, reliable, willing to learn, and willing to work as part of a team. Experience with autism or behavioral support plans is desired. The job occurs in the home and local community with a second care worker. Additional needs include a reliable car, assistance with medication administration and self-care skills, and willingness to interact with the family dog.
