We're looking for a warm, patient, and energetic caregiver for our joyful, creative daughter, J! She's Autistic with ADHD, intellectual, and speech delays, and thrives with a caregiver who can balance structure with playfulness. J is happiest when dancing, painting, reading, playing outside, shooting hoops, blowing bubbles, or going to the park or on bike rides. She benefits from gentle reminders for bathroom breaks and needs a proactive caregiver to help with hydration and snacks. The ideal caregiver has experience with special needs or an interest in learning about sensory regulation, motivation strategies, and flexible boundaries. J responds well to visual schedules, and adaptability is key, as her focus and interests shift quickly. If you love getting creative to keep kids engaged and supported, we'd love to hear from you!
