Care Giver Needs For A 13 Years Old Girl With Developmental Delay

I am looking for a caregiver for my daughter. She is a 13 year old happy girl with developmental delays. I need care for all days Monday to Friday after school start with picking her up from school, driving from school to home. At least for 3 hours per day for the whole year. The payments 30$ per hours. She is doing all her works by herself and needs minor supervision till I come back home. The school is sycamore school and needs to be there around 3:30 p.m. to pick up. Good payment looking for a responsible person.
