Looking for a Community Habilitation worker/aide for a 35-y. o. nonverbal woman with Retts Syndrome. Pay is through Person Centered Care Services (PCCS) of NY & starts a $26 based on experience and qualifications. The Client is extremely loving and easy to work with. This is a great case! Our family is seeking someone loving, energetic, & friendly to help her reach her goals. Job duties include assisting with personal hygiene (toileting, showering & dressing etc.), assisting with mealtime, spending time in the community (walks, movies, mall, out to eat, etc.). and most of all spending time speaking to her. Shifts available are Saturday 8 AM- 4 p.m. and Sunday 3PM-9 p.m. We are willing to hire two separate people as well, so please reach you are only available for one of the shifts. Experience preferred and references are REQUIRED.
