Looking for a full-time caregiver for our Adult family member with Cognitive Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Speech Delay, Seizure Disorder in Smithtown. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Her daughter is a 25-year-old amazing human being with developmental delays. She's very social loves to laugh loves music and loves to be around people. We need someone who would sign up with her agency. She will be going to program Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so we need someone to pick her up from program bring her back home so she could have therapies Friday. She takes a class at the local JCC and we need someone to go with her to these classes and then perhaps go to the park get her nails done bowling every other weekend we need someone Saturday and Sunday to have fun with her doing a variety of activities
