FEMALE ONLY - Special Needs Support Person Needed for Energetic, Athletic Young Man on the Autism Spectrum We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and athletic individual to support our 25-year-old son, a sweet, energetic, and charming young adult on the autism spectrum. Details: Setting: A beautiful farm and recreational, hands-on program Hours: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and/or 9:00PM-9:00 a.m. (Overnight with Housing and Meal Provided), Monday through Friday / Part time as Needed Responsibilities: Provide companionship and support during evening programs Encourage and foster independence and life skills Collaborate with the family and program staff to ensure a positive experience Ideal Candidate: Physically active and enjoys outdoor, hands-on activities Patient, kind, and enthusiastic
