COMHAB/RESPITE CARE NEEDED - Commack & Huntington Village Area

Comhab & Respite Care needed for sweet, nearly 25-year-old young lady with autism and intellectual delay. Pick up at day hab in Commack at 3 p.m. followed by post program activities in the community then back to our home near Huntington village for showering and other ADLs. Must be comfortable with dogs and have your own reliable transportation. Our agency so we would love to connect with someone already cleared by them or willing to be cleared. Tues & Thurs afternoons are permanent/regular days, M/W/F and Sat are also available on an as needed or alternating basis depending on your schedule. Must be a non-smoker.
