About the job
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN to provide exceptional in-home care for our 28-year-old daughter. She has Autism, Cognitive Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Mobility Challenges, G tube for medication only & a seizure Disorder. You would get hired with one of the many Home Health agencies we have contracts with OR if you're already working with an agency we can get a referral to onboard with your agency.
