About the job
Personal care assistant/companion needed for 28-year-old male with mobility challenges. I use a power wheelchair for mobility and a communication device to speak. I am cognitively in tact, a college graduate with my own motivational speaking business. I need assistance with all physical daily living tasks, eating, toileting, transfers and I have a feeding tube. I need a dependable person with a valid driver's license who is comfortable driving my accessible mini van to transport me to appointments or anywhere I need or want to go. I would like you to be comfortable and confident with technology. In my spare time I like to play video games, hang out with friends and watch videos, as well as take walks in the park or anywhere. I also like to play chess. I have a great sense of humor and hope you do too!
