About the job
Hi! I am looking for a reliable, honest, fun loving person to bring their helping skills to my sweet 7-year-old diagnosed with ASD, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, and ADHD. A bad car accident in 2022 caused him to develop severe Separation Anxiety, and he has been unable to attend school. He has had in-home therapy since November 2023, has been home schooled, and is about to begin home instruction through his school. He has no behavioral problems/acting out. He loves being outdoors, riding his scooter, building Lego, and time on his tablet. I am a retired therapist with MS and I can no longer keep up with many of the physical tasks so I may need help with laundry. The job is not a difficult one, it's mostly providing structured play and supervision. I can be flexible with days and times. We have a young cat (10 mos), and a pool! Thanks!
