About the job
We're looking for someone to provide daily in-home support for our 4. 5-year-old son. He is intelligent, potty trained, and independent, but is minimally verbal due to a hearing delay when he was younger. We're seeking someone with experience in speech development, special needs care, or early childhood education who can engage with him in a fun, structured way through play, routines, and daily language-rich activities. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity depending on fit. Competitive pay based on experience.
