Transportation For Special Needs Adult

I'm looking for someone to provide transportation for my adult sister with Down's syndrome. It would be picking her up from an activity Monday evening at 6 p.m. The activity is in Saint Paul and we live in Woodbury. Transportation is also needed Friday evening at 7:30 and occasionally on Wednesday evenings. I'd also like the person to be able to do errands with her on occasion. She's very talkative and social. I'd like a person with experience working with people with special needs. Reliable Transportation is needed. Reliable, patient and positive There isn't public transit. Parking is available. We have 2 small dogs. They bark at first but are friendly after they meet the person.
