About the job
Our daughter who is 15 years old. born with a chromosomal abnormality, causing cognitive disabilities, CP, and is considered partially deaf/blind. She uses a wheelchair, gait trainer, and gait belt with assistance, but she is also strong enough to help in the transitioning/standing. She is mostly non-verbal using a communication device and adapted sign language. She's fun loving and silly, loves bubbles, balloons, listening to music, swimming and Mickey Mouse. She also loves interacting and being goofy with her 9 yo sister. M-F from 2:30p-7p through the end of the school year. Summers will offer more hours M-F 12:30-7:00p (Approx). Possibility for additional weekend and evening Experience with tube feeds and medication. Will train if needed. *Must be able to transfer and transition 65lbs.
