Looking for after school care/PCA for our daughter, P, who is 15 years old. M-F 6:00a-7:30a and from 2p-6p. Occasional availability for weekend and evening care. P was born with a chromosomal abnormality, causing cognitive disabilities, CP, and is partially deaf/blind. uses wheelchair, and gait trainer/gait belt with assistance. mostly non-verbal, uses communication device and adapted sign language. She's fun loving and silly, loves her bubbles, balloons, listening to music, swimming & Mickey Mouse. She also loves interacting and being goofy with her 9 yo sister. Ideal match will meet the requirements CPR certified - preferred Experience working with disabled children. Experience with tube feeds/medication. Can train if needed. Non-smoker, has reliable transportation, comfortable around dog, must be able to transfer/lift 65lbs
