Hello! We are in search of a long term, full time PCA/nanny for our 2 amazing daughters! Our oldest is in first grade and the most helpful big sister in the world. Our youngest is about to turn 3 and she was born with a rare neurodevelopmental syndrome that causes developmental delays. She wears AFO braces and uses a gait trainer to help her walk. She also uses an AAC device to communicate. She is so smart and learns so quickly! She is a joy!! We expect who we hire to have the following qualities: Patient Self-starter Reliable Warm Fun Engaging Responsible Organized Good communicator Job would include: Drop off / pick up oldest to and from school Drive youngest to therapy appointments (PT/OT/Speech) Be in our home 3 days a week and in the daycare 2 days a week helping our youngest with any extra needs she may have at "school" Engage daily with our youngest in practicing some of her PT/OT/Speech goals Light house work / laundry We've had our last nanny for about 2 years and she has made the greatest impact on our family, particularly our littlest daughter.
