About the job
Key Responsibilities: Teach and support the child in learning new motor skills, including: Riding a bike (assisting with balance, coordination, and safety awareness). Roller skating (gradual skill-building, safety precautions, and confidence-building). Facilitate shopping trips, helping the child practice social interactions, money handling, and making choices. Accompany and engage the child in community activities (e. g., parks, playgroups, and other social outings). Use reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors.
