We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for our adult autistic daughter, Nicole. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and a genuine passion for helping others. Responsibilities: Provide daily care and support Assist with activities of daily living Engage in meaningful activities and social interactions Ensure a safe and nurturing environment Requirements: Previous experience as a caregiver, especially with autism Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Must be approved by MORC (Macomb Oakland Regional Center) Pay Rate: $21 per hour, plus attendance bonus Nicole enjoys swimming, walking, cooking, house chores, watering flowers, drawing, and more. We are looking for someone who can engage her in these activities and help her thrive.
