Hi there! I need after school care for my amazing 11-year-old daughter with autism (E). E is verbal and is an incredibly happy girl. E is a joy to be around, loves music, and is self sufficient with self-care, including verbally requesting anything she needs (snacks, etc.). The position involves picking E up from school around 2:00 p.m. and driving her to her mother's home and then staying with her until 6 p.m. when her mother arrives home. While experience with Special Needs kids is appreciated, it is not required given E is high functioning and verbal. The position involves driving from her school in and commuting to Rochester Hills where her mother lives, which is a 15 minute drive (6. 8 miles).
