About the job
I am looking for aids to join my total care support team. Availability and ability to complete the morning routine efficiently are the top priority, but I am looking for individuals to join a team covering approximately 12 hours a day 5-7 days a week with occasional night shifts. Both part time and full time are possible but full time (30+ hours per week) applicants with flexibility across all times and days of the week will be given priority. Any experience with folks with spinal cord injury is a plus. The morning routine that includes showering, grooming, dressing, and other small tasks needed to start the day. The entire routine usually takes about 2 hours but can be done more quickly. Qualified individuals that can demonstrate proficiency for the morning routine will be considered for additional hours and full time positions.
