A personal care attendant (PCA) needed to assist a non-verbal, disabled 20-year-old female by helping her complete Activities of Daily Living. These ADLs may include; safely moving about her environment (mobility), eating, dressing/undressing, as well as leisure/playtime activities. The position entails close interaction with ther as well as her parents, who will always be present while the PCA is working. PCA duties may be performed inside or outside the home in Carver, MA. Out-of-home excursions include family trips to the surrounding community such as shopping, dining, leisure activities, or visiting friends/relatives. The family will cover any costs and provide transportation for the PCA during out-of-home excursions. 4-10 hours a week. Great opportunity for a high school senior or college student.
