Need 15+ hours/week of hands-on care provider for my son, age 30, with autism and intellectual disability. Hours flexible on needed days. Son is easygoing and NOT aggressive or self injurious. Help keep him safe walking and volunteering in the community, and performing his minor household chores like setting table, emptying/rinsing dishes for dishwasher, folding clothes, making his breakfast/lunch, occasional vacuuming, practicing personal goals like turning on TV with remotes. Also help him with recreational interests including puzzles, painting, coloring, organizing household items. Ideal candidate can walk 1-5 miles as part of his self-direct day programming on Mon and Friday. Merit raise after 3 months for strong performers. Learn from skilled others and make an impact with your work.
