We're looking for a kind, patient, and reliable individual with a passion for child development and experience working with children on the autism spectrum. You'll be responsible for enriching L. days with stimulating activities, nurturing her emotional well-being, and ensuring her safety while we're at work. Responsibilities: Engaging Care: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities. Supportive Routine: Assist her with daily routines like mealtimes, bath time, and getting dressed. Therapy & School: Safely transport her to and from scheduled therapy sessions or school. Light Housekeeping: Assist with light household tasks like tidying play areas, preparing snacks, and loading/unloading the dishwasher. Clear Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with us regarding her day, progress, and any concerns.
