Assistance Needed With Meal Preparation For Our Family In Chicago

I'm looking for someone to prepare 3 to 4 large meals a week for our family of 5. Ideally, I'd like this person to spend a few hours 1 day a week cooking these meals. These meals would be placed in the fridge or frozen and eaten by our family for lunch and dinner throughout the week. I can purchase the food and the food can be prepared at my home in my kitchen. But I'm also open to discussing other types of arrangements. I'm flexible regarding when during the week the food is cooked. Any day of the week could work (except Tuesday) and anytime during the day could work as well. I'd like someone who has experience cooking a variety of foods, but professional experience is not required.
