About the job
We are seeking a compassionate, kind and considerate caregiver for a mobile, non-verbal young adult with a rare disease (currently medically stable) with significant cognitive delays. Despite these challenges, he is affectionate, funny, social and loves interacting with others. He enjoys getting out for walks in the neighborhood, car rides, and listening to his musical toys. We are a busy, loving family; a team totally supportive of our son and his caretaking which would include someone who would provide loving care ensuring 100% supervision, administering medication when time, assisting with tidying up behind him and helping him with his daily routines.
