Hello. I'm looking for a permanent nanny for my 3-year-old non verbal autistic son. The job requires someone patient who is able to play around with him. I work 12 hour shifts at least 3 days a week and would need someone in those times. Usually, he's at a ABA therapy 5 days a week for 8 hours a day and I would need help before he goes in at 10 a.m. and when he comes home at 6 p.m.
