We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to work with our daughter on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will hold a valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential and have experience working with children with behavioral or developmental needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies Work collaboratively with the family to support progress at home and in daily life Track progress and adjust goals/plans as needed Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment Qualifications: Must be BCBA or LCSW certified and in good standing Experience working with children, especially in a home setting Strong communication and organizational skills Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality
