Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with her family, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Plan, engage and accompany her in recreational activities, therapeutic exercises, and educational opportunities tailored to her interests and abilities. Provide friendship, emotional support and encouragement, fostering a positive and nurturing relationship. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in special education, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
