Before School Help For 16 YO Profoundly Autistic Young Man

Care required for 16 yo nonverbal boy on the Autism spectrum. Seeking responsible adult for morning routines (6 a.m. -8 a.m. ) Morning routines are bathing (must be comfortable in assisting), dressing (with assistance), breakfast and sending off on bus. Applicant needs to be responsible and familiar with the nuances/challenges of autism. My son is nonverbal and is a rather large (220 lbs.) guy. He does respond to simple commands. I would need someone 1-3 times a week for the routines as I need to travel for work - there are times I would need more and other weeks there would be no need. This would be ideal for a graduate student or someone looking for a bit of supplemental income. Only serious applicants need apply. Thank you
