We are seeking a Family Assistant & Child Specialist in Norwalk, CT, for a hybrid role that combines therapeutic childcare with household support. The ideal candidate will have strong emotional intelligence, respect for neurodiversity, and a passion for helping families. Responsibilities include engaging with our kids (ages 8, 5, and 3) through structured, movement-rich activities, and assisting with household tasks like organizing and cleaning when the kids are away. You must be reliable, affirming of all identities, and comfortable with neurodivergent children. Qualifications: background in special education or therapeutic childcare preferred; creative, proactive, and a proven safe driver.
