Looking for a part-time caregiver for 12-year-old boy with special needs. Ideal match will meet the requirements below and perform the following tasks: - Mobility assistance and provide companion care - Assist with personal care and hygiene (diaper change, dental cleaning, g-tube dressing) - Engage in reading and playing table top games - Go on outdoor walks weather permitting - Administer scheduled medications via g-tube - Administer g-tube bolus feeds - Perform range of motion, physical/occupational therapy type activities - Light housekeeping and minor meal prep - CPR certified not required but a plus - CNA a plus - Familiar with G-tube feeding Weekends are flexible. Candidate must be within a 20 mile radius to Bloomfield. There are no pets on site.
