-Provide attentive care and support to our 14-year-old son with special needs, focusing on his emotional, physical, and developmental needs -Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal prep, medication administration (if applicable) -Engage both children in age-appropriate activities that encourage their growth, learning, and emotional well-being, ensuring a balance between structured activities and free play -Help with homework, especially for the 12-year-old, and provide educational support when needed -Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment -Collaborate with parents on progress/challenges -Light housekeeping related to the children -Provide transportation for the children to extracurricular activities (e. g., sports practice, lessons) as needed.
