About the job
We are in search of a kind, patient, and experienced person who enjoys working with individuals with IDD/Autism to work with our young adult daughter (20 y. o.) this summer. Our ideal candidate would be available 3-5 days/week from after Memorial Day until the third week in August. We are looking for roughly 5-6 hours a day. She needs assistance with dressing, bathing, laundry, cleaning her living space, and going out in the community. We are looking for someone with several years' experience with IDD/autism, like a paraeducator, teacher, behavior analyst, PT/SLP/OT or a college/graduate in any of these disciplines. If you like working with our family, we hope this relationship will continue for nights, school holidays, etc. We offer flexible schedule and PTO We comply with federal/state law - this is a W-2/1099 position.
